How to Get Help
The primary method for support on FSCharter is through Discord. In the server we have three main channels:
#feature-requests- Used to request new features#bug-reports- Used to report bugs (please ensure that you use the bug report template)#support- Used for how-to questions and gameplay guidance
Please search for existing threads before creating a new one
In order to avoid duplication, please search the bug-reports, feature-requests, and support channels to see if someone else has already raised that topic. This will save you time and help us as well.
#feature-requests
If you have a suggestion to enhance the platform, we would be thrilled to hear from you. Please create a new topic in the #feature-requests channel and describe your idea in detail. Be sure to include information on how it would benefit the platform. This will assist the team in efficiently reviewing ideas and adding them to the implementation queue.
#bug-reports
Please let us know If you encounter a bug on the platform so that we can address it. You can report bugs in the #bug-reports channel. Be sure to follow the Bug Reporting Guidelines.

Stuck in FSCharter and need a hand?
This forum is for how-to questions and gameplay guidance, like “How do I price my passengers?”, “Why won’t my charter board?”, “How do slots work for international routes?”
Why Discord?
Using Discord allows us to effectively track the items and request additional information if necessary. An added benefit is that if a support team member is unavailable, a community member may be able to assist you in the meantime.
Do I have to use Discord?
No. You can still file bug reports through the chat box in the platform but please note that the team available to help with these tickets is small and most staff are within the same European timezone. This means that you might experience a delay in responses.
While it is not mandatory to join us on Discord, doing so can provide you with quicker support.
For sensitive or account-based queries, you can send us an email at [email protected].
