Company logbook export (VATSIM audits)
The company logbook export creates a spreadsheet of your completed flights for VATSIM audit review. It appears in the company’s settings under Data Export and is available to Operations Managers by default. Other staff can use it if they have been granted the same permission.
You choose a single date or a range and download the logbook as a CSV file. Dates in the picker are shown in your local timezone, so it’s easy to select the period you care about; the exported times in the file use Zulu (UTC), which is what auditors expect.
Each row in the file represents a single flight that actually completed in the chosen period. Flights that haven’t landed (or invalid flights) don’t appear in the report.
The export focuses on the essentials that auditors review: callsign, origin and destination ICAO codes, flight date, departure and arrival times (Zulu), aircraft type, and a concise remarks field with pilot, flight time, and distance when available. The callsign is generated from your company ICAO and the job number for consistency across records.
If there are no matching flights in the period you select, you’ll receive an empty CSV with the standard headers so you can verify the structure. Filenames include your company ICAO and the date range (for example, FSC_flight_logbook_2025-07-31_to_2025-08-30).
